Members of this program may submit questions by fax or e-mail. Questions are collected and answered twice per month, during a one-hour telephone conference call. There is no fixed limit to the number of questions members may submit, but answers may be limited by time available. Calls are recorded and archived on a secure website so members may listen at their convenience to past calls.

"Bring Your Partner" Offer
Your partners may join you in the Gold Executive Coaching program for 75% off! Each additional partner pays Only $99 per month (plus $57 for the in-person consultation, if the first partner chooses that option). Partners may participate in all coaching sessions. No additional sessions or time are added for partners at this reduced rate, but each partner gets his/her own materials. This offer may not be combined with any other group discounts.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY: If, at the end of the first session, you are not confident that our coaching programs are right for you, let us know and we will give you a refund of what you paid, less an administrative fee of 10%. Just notify us via our Contact Us page, or the client Customer Service e-mail address, within 24 hours after the first session (but before you receive any additional services). If you do not notify us within the time specified, no refunds are possible.
UPGRADE POLICY: If at any time, you would like to upgrade from a Q&A program to a coaching program or consulting, we will apply your current month's payment, and any pre-payments, to the higher-level program and you pay only the difference for the current month.
If you wish to downgrade, you may do so effective the end of the current month, to take effect the next month, by giving us at least 7 days' written notice. Otherwise, your card will be charged for the program in which you are currently enrolled, and no refund will be given. If you wish to cancel after your initial commitment period (if applicable), you may do so by giving at least 7 days' written notice.
