The Start Your Company Right!™ coaching and education programs were developed at Cekent™ for entrepreneurs and small businesses. These programs serve a market segment that most management consultants overlook.

Start Your Company Right!™ programs are designed to provide a cost-effective solution to businesses that need help with set-up, planning, and management. At present, our programs are geared primarily to two types of clients:

• Start-up ventures where the principals have a great idea but minimal management experience; and
• Entrepreneurs in their 4th to 6th years in business who want to grow to the next level, but aren't sure how to do so.

Of course, we also welcome established entrepreneurs and executives who just want the extra edge that comes from having an experienced mentor.

Cekent™

Cekent Concepts, Inc. (Cekent™) is a California corporation that provides management consulting and business education solutions.

Our mission is to help entrepreneurs and business executives achieve their visions by helping them avoid legal and strategic disasters. We do that with a variety of consulting services, seminars, and coaching programs using the expertise of senior business advisors.

Our goal is to ensure that the Cekent™ programs not only help businesses stay out of trouble, but also show them how to become more profitable.

In addition to its general business consulting services, Cekent™ has specialized programs for the motion picture and real estate industries.

Keith Cooper, CEO

Keith Cooper is the guiding force behind Cekent Concepts, Inc. and its innovative programs for developing businesses. The impetus for creating the Cekent™ programs began in his law practice when small business clients came to him asking for help with management and administrative issues. Mr. Cooper recognized that seemingly simple issues, not properly addressed, could quickly become expensive legal problems.

Mr. Cooper brings to Cekent™ and its clients more than 30 years of experience in law and business. His diverse business background includes experience in journalism, entertainment, merchandising, banking, and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Adelphi University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and the University of Southern California Law School. He studied film at New York University and composition at The Juilliard School.
